From past to present; Big Maggie & Magnum Hopeless

Hope ye all enjoyed last weeks show, the good news is that a new schedule was launched for West Limerick Radio on January 30th and Éagsúil is now repeated on Monday between 2.30 and 3.30pm, so if you miss the Friday edition you can always catch the repeat. Good response to the item on the John B. Keane musical last week, delighted people enjoyed it. Anyway, moving on to this weeks schedule;
Playwright Darren Maher
-Interview with some of the cast of the Abbeyfeale Drama group who are performing the play 'Big Maggie', as well as a recorded piece from the play that was recorded during rehearsals
-Feedback from Darren Mahers play, 'Magnum Hopeless', which was featured on last weeks show
-AN other!! Not short of material this week, but as of going to press, i'm not entirely sure whether we will be featuring author Eugene McCabe, who was in Hazelwood College Dromcollogher last Friday, playwright Niamh Bowen whose new work 'Up from our knees' is being performed at the Belltable this week, or Ciaran Gleeson on the Film Club in Listowel

Only one way to find out for sure, and that's to tune in at 6.00 Friday evenings to Éagsúil, the arts and culture show on your community radio station, West Limerick 102fm.
